Application for Funding FY 2025

The Mental Health and Recovery Board, Belmont, Harrison, and Monroe Counties will accept applications for board funded services. All prospective and previously funded providers are eligible to apply.  Please download the following application documents.

Application for Board Funding Timeline:

  • February 23, 2024– All application questions are to be submitted no later than, 12:00 pm. to Lisa Ward (lisaw@bhmboard.org)
  • March 4, 2024—Application, budget spreadsheets, and assurances are to be emailed to Lisa Ward, Executive Director,(lisaw@bhmboard.org) by noon, 12:00 pm.  Earlier responses are encouraged. The deadline is firm, with no applications accepted after the stated date and time for the FY2025 contract commencement.
  • March 11-March 22, 2024 – Presentation meetings between MHRB and Providers will be scheduled to discuss application details, if needed.
