Children and Youth
MHRB supports a recovery philosophy. All children, youth and families have strengths which enable them in overcoming challenges. It is our belief that from birth to adulthood, the children of Belmont, Harrison and Monroe counties deserve a system of care that supports and invests in their emotional well-being.
The local system of care for children and families serves children and youth up to age 21 through a variety of programs including early intervention, community-based, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment. These resources address specific behavioral health concerns for children and families in an effort to stabilize and strengthen the family.
